Greater Springfield Kite Festival – 2023

Celebrating the kite flying festival by GSIA all together. This is a lovely picnic time with great Fun where members of the local community set up food stalls.

Members may register online between January 3rd, 2023 and January 20th, 2023 to purchase a slot to sell food items to the community – The audience can buy kites or bring their own kites and fly them all afternoon long against the Greater Springfield Sports Complex at Sports star Drive.

ABOUT GSIA KITE FESTIVAL – Sunday 5th Feb 2023

The annual Kite Festival will be a fantastic day for the whole family with spectacular, gorgeous kites in the sky and a sea of colour highlighting beautifully crafted masterpieces.

Don’t look up too long or you’ll miss the action on the ground: food and drink stalls, kite entertainment and plenty of space to fly your own kite or purchase one on the day.
